Service Description

A 90-minute 1:1 session to sort out the pieces of you that are essential and identity-true from the adopted behaviors, beliefs, and masking patterns that formed to help you fit in but no longer serve you. We'll work through a guided process to help you preserve the very best of yourself — including the beautiful eccentricities — and consciously let go of what doesn't belong to you. This session is also the entry point into a future group program for deeper, ongoing work. Investment: $100 USD ($137 CAD).
