Service Description

It's the best when you can block this monthly coaching session at the same time each month - choose a day and a time when you are able to free yourself of distraction - carve some space for you get motivated, tackle challenges and clear your mind for the upcoming month!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Illness and emergencies happen and will always be given grace. I do now charge $40 for online no-shows, $50 for in-person no-shows and full fee for after-hours in person no-shows.
