Maybe nothing is wrong - maybe everything is falling apart, either way, if you feel like checking in and just connecting with me to either catch up or to see if there is something I can do to help you now, please book! Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Illness and emergencies happen and will always be given grace. I do now charge $40 for online no-shows, $50 for in-person no-shows and full fee for after-hours in person no-shows. 1 - That was a time that someone else could have booked a session and received help. 2 - Time and energy is valuable and are the most important commodities we have.
