Service Description

Please go ahead and book your first 4-6 appointments. If you can book 2x/week, that is ideal. If you can only manage to book once a week, that will work as well! Please look for confirmation in your email.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Illness and emergencies happen and will always be given grace. I do now charge $40 for online no-shows, $50 for in-person no-shows and full fee for after-hours in person no-shows. 1 - That was a time that someone else could have booked a session and received help. 2 - Time and energy is valuable and are the most important commodities we have.
